**Position: Corporate Citizenship Intern - Responsible Travel & Responsible Business**
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Corporate Citizenship Intern in the Responsible Travel & Responsible Business sector. This hybrid role is based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI, and offers a flexible schedule of 32-40 hours per week.

**Job Summary:**
As a Corporate Citizenship Intern, you will contribute to various projects that support our mission to create experiences that inspire understanding, change, and happiness through travel. Your primary focus will be on sustainable business practices, responsible travel initiatives, and corporate citizenship communications and marketing. As part of a small, dynamic team, you will also gain exposure to other areas of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts, including volunteering, grantmaking, and community impact initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in auditing existing tours and vendors to ensure compliance with our expanded responsible travel requirements aligned with selected UN SDG goals.
- Support the responsible travel team by researching potential vendors and enterprises in various destinations, as well as evaluating existing vendors against our guidelines.
- Collaborate with the responsible travel and corporate responsibility teams on carbon measurement and impact assessment projects.
- Work with tour vendors and nonprofit/social enterprise partners to gather images, videos, and other content to promote responsible travel initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry best practices, including competitor analysis, to inform our messaging and corporate citizenship positioning, guiding our Responsible Travel marketing and communications strategies.
- Create and design editorial content related to Responsible Travel, CSR, and ESG for our social media platforms, intranet, and websites.
- Provide general assistance with volunteer programming and summer events, such as Founder's Week and other volunteer activities.
- Support local and global partner grantmaking efforts as needed.
- Assist in research, competitive analysis, and content creation for our CSR web and intranet presence.
**Compensation:**
Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr
