Housekeeping

Pay: $20.00/hr

Saturday and Sunday 10:30am to 2:30pm

Housekeeping cleaning job primarily involves preparing rental properties for guests by ensuring they are spotless and welcoming .   

Housekeeping Job Duties:

· Dusting and wiping surfaces: Dusting furniture, counters, and other surfaces to remove dust and debris

· Mopping and vacuuming floors: Cleaning hard floors with mops and vacuums to remove dirt and grim

· Disinfecting high-touch areas: Cleaning and disinfecting doorknobs, light switches, remotes, and other frequently touched surface

· Changing linens: Removing used sheets, pillowcases, and towels and replacing them with clean ones.

· Making beds: Ensuring beds are neatly made with clean sheets and pillows.

· Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens: Sanitizing and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, showers, and countertops.

· Emptying trash and recycling bins: Removing trash and recycling bins and replacing liners.

· Restocking supplies: Restocking toiletries, paper towels, and other supplies needed by guests.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Following cleaning schedules and procedures: Adhering to established cleaning protocols and timelines.

· Ensuring a welcoming environment: Making sure the property is clean, tidy, and organized, leaving a positive impression on guests.

· Handling laundry: Laundering linens and towels or dropping them off at designated location.

Skills and Qualities:

· Cleaners who are dependable, fast, and self-motivated

· Strong attention to detail is a must

· Prior cleaning experience (especially Airbnb) preferred

· Reliable transportation required

· Background check required
