We’re seeking a motivated Land Surveying CAD Drafter ready to contribute to meaningful construction and land development projects. What You’ll Be Doing

CAD Drafting & Survey Interpretation

• Import and process field survey data

• Draft accurate topographical, property line, and construction layout drawings

• Review and mark client/architect plans to align with survey findings

Construction Planning Support

• Interpret site and utility plans, elevation changes, and terrain conditions

• Assist with preparing plans and calculations for construction layout crews

• Develop a strong foundation in planning workflows and client coordination

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in land surveying or construction drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD platforms
• Strong understanding of property lines, surfaces, and site plans
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Ambition to grow toward Assistant Project Manager responsibilities
