Job Description

Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor

The Blick Center is currently looking for a full time licensed clinician to work in their Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Day Program in Fairlawn. In this program you will provide services based on the individual treatment plan and determine treatment effectiveness based on the measurable goals identified. You will be responsible for the completion of daily documentation, weekly case reviews and the facilitation of therapy groups within the program. You will provide outcome reporting as required to individual referral sources. Services are provided in a Day Program setting. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm.

Qualifications:
  • Ohio Licensed LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC.
