We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our WSRS CRM team within Retirement Income Solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll play an important role in supporting our customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. You'll work on impactful issue resolution and process improvement to ensure our user base can work as efficiently as possible. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, your work will focus on maximizing the value of our Salesforce platform to support our sales and service teams’ daily operations and business objectives. Work Environments
This role offers the ability for in-office and hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek) work arrangements in Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC locations. There is an expectation for this role to work on site at least 3 days a week.

Hours
This role will partner with our global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule. Hours may start at 7:00 a.m.
