Job Title: UKG/Kronos Business Analyst
Location: Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX- Hybrid (must be residing 60 miles from either location OR lives in the same state and can relocate)
Schedule: 3x onsite- Tue/Wed/Thu (Hybrid day 1 of orientation)
Visa: Must be a CITIZEN,GC EAD,GREEN CARD,H4 EAD
Skills: PURELY Functional, not technical. Will be managing the Configurations of the various UKG modules
As a Principal Solution Analyst UKG , you'll play a key role in shaping and implementing technology solutions that directly support and transform our business operations. You'll be the go-to expert for designing and configuring UKG platforms (formerly Kronos), ensuring they align with real business needs and outcomes.
Unlike a developer, this role is less about coding and more about strategic system design, configuration, and collaboration . You'll lead projects, mentor junior team members, and act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
